Refund Policy - the basics
If you find that an item is defected, broken, or otherwise wrong, firstly, please save all shipping packaging and contact TopHatCow.com directly via email at TopHatCowllc@gmail.com with your Order Number, the Item and or Item number, and order issue. You may include and are encouraged to include any pictures, videos, or documents you may have to help display/voice your purchase concern(s).
Once you have reached out, please allow TopHatCow.com 24 business hours (Federal Holidays and Sundays are Not a business day) to look up your order, research your issue, and respond to your message.
If the item(s) are manufacture defective, and considered non-returnable, you will be credited the purchase amount in the form of store credit, unless otherwise determined by TopHatCow.com's return department.
If you have requested a return/refund on a returnable item, you will be required to return the item with tracking, and the item must be received in original packaging/condition. Once item is physically received back to seller, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
